MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

To become a full member of The South Yorkshire Filmmakers Network, please read the membership agreement, then print out and fill in the membership form and equal opportunities monitoring form. Then please send these forms along with a cheque for £25 (or £12.50 if you are a student along with a photocopy of your NUS ID card) made payable to The South Yorkshire Filmmakers Network to SYFN Membership, 2nd Floor, Site Gallery, 1 Brown Street, Sheffield, S1 2BS.

Please note that the SYFN is officially a not for profit organisation and so all membership fees and other incomes will be spent on running and improving the network for you, its members.
